Take a deep breath?

As you sit at your desk, consider… Within the havens of our homes and offices the air we breathe could actually be ten times more polluted than it is outside.

Toxic chemicals - commonly formaldehyde, benzene, acetone and ammonia - are found in synthetic building materials, furnishings and fabrics and are emitted as toxic vapours.

Prolonged exposure can cause allergies, headaches, fatigue and other symptoms of ‘sick building syndrome’.

Fortunately, houseplants can remove toxic vapours and maintain a healthy indoor environment. The following are particularly effective. We hope they bring you a breath of fresh air.
